In Europe,

I think CAMP (?Austrian or Italian company?), Mammut (Swiss) or Petzl (French) would be the major players in carabiners.  Black Diamond may have a bit of presence, but I doubt Omega Pacific is over there.

Omega Pacific?  Is that expensive compared to black diamond ???
In australia we have all the other brands

They're a small company of Oregon (I. Think?).  They have some different method for production that they came is strongern(?extrusion or something).  I just like their large coarse knurled screwgates. :D

Ok, I've bought my first ever carabiner that I've wanted for ages and don't knw what to use for yet :D :D :D It's very cheap, so it will mainly be used as an accessory or sth until I either get tired of it or find some use for it :D
