Wenger Ultimate & Tool Chest - Is there a difference??

I've just realised I have a Wenger Ultimate

I can vaguely remember buying it, It was pretty much an impulse buy followed by buyers remorse, needless to say it got put away and er...fogotten!!

Apart from the joy of finding it, especially with wengers demise I googled it and I'm left puzzled. Is the Ultimate simply the Toolchest or Toolchest plus? Is there a distinct difference?

Smartknives says 'Ultimate' was an alternate name for the 'Tool Chest Plus/Supertalent'.

The 'Tool Chest Plus' is a 'Tool Chest' with the addition of a swing-out compass.

I had a sneaky suspicion it would be something like that - so basically the Ultimate is just the ToolChest Plus.
