This one also, seems to be repaired, broken or damage, same as the two previous listed knives for "twisted tip" or "broken can opener". I'd prefer bidding high on a better condition, on a new alox SAK of the limited 50pcs series, or on a good condition vintage SAK. :pok:

I prefer to think of it as a charitable donation, and consider it an extreme kindness that such a nice knife is being offered as a gift for the highest, winning donation. The money isn't to buy the knife, it's to donate to a good cause, and you happen to get a knife

I'd love to put in a bid, but I'm totally strapped right now, and I can only budget one single item a month now, for the forseeable future.

Hello everyone, i just learned that my grandfather in California (my mom's side) has become sick to the point of being moved to a convalescent home until he passes, which will most likely happen soon, as he cannot get the care he needs at his hospital. My mom and stepdad are flying out to help my nana (my grandmother) and see my grandfather before he passes. I would very badly like to join them, so I'm willing to sell all of my multis that aren't sentimental. I am putting a list here to see what interest is generated. I don't want to sell half of my well liked tools then not have enough, so if i get interest on 15 of the 20 our so tools i list, I'll sell them. If not, i won't. So please let me know if you'd be willing to buy something, and if there is, I'll sell it all. Thank you for looking, now here's the stuff. (sorry no pics, i can email them to you if you'd like, leave your e
mail and whatever tools)
Prices are estimates for shipped CONUS
-Leatherman surge, bn, wd40'd but never used $65
-Victorinox swisstool RS, VGC, rescue blade factory edge, $60
-Victorinox spirit x, ln, cut cheese once with knife (none in pivot :p ) $60
-Leatherman core, vgc/gc, pliers havea little wear but are still tight, a couple tools have surface rust/tarnish, no pitting, has NATO serial number, $40
-Leatherman super tool 300 BO, very little use, but poor f&f, hits serrated blade when closing, crooked handles, basically would be best sent to leatherman for warranty, but surely useable $45
-Leatherman mini tool, gc/vgc, blade worn but still has full belly, some grime in corners but very smooth. No markings on handles, $30
-Leatherman Rebar, vgc, STANDARD leatherman plier head, NO replaceable cutters, awl is also replaced by a snail screwdriver i sharpened into an awl, Comes with leather original wave sheath, $30
-Leatherman c33, ln pe, $15
-Gerber MPT, gc/vgc, pliers have small play (slightly more than a swisstool), dirty but very little use, has a different sheath, but its a nice thick leather one, $25
-Skinth XL shield, ln, navy, brass snaps, gold pen loop, leather tab on flap, clip, really easily nice piece, comes with lm micra in vgc, $35
-Bear & son locking bear jaws, vgc, has saw, ce blade, sheath worn, tool not, $20
-victorinox pioneer, gc, everything is almost unused except the blade has a couple nicks and was poorly sharpened, could be fixed with a sharpening, red old cross brass liners, $18
-Wenger SI, 1986, used, not abused, blade sharpened a bit, so slightly less belly, still 100%   functional, $20
-Gerber fit, orange, vgc no bit, $13
-Leatherman super tool, 0995/1095 dates, gc/vgc, serrated knife sharpened to mostly pe, still has small divots, other tools vgc almost unused, pliers sliiightly misaligned at tips, function fine, small dow logo on one handle, in vic spirit sheath, $30
-Victorinox tinker, vgc, blade reprofiled into round tip, other than that mostly unused, $13
-Victorinox huntsman, vgc older, gold shield, other details upon request, tools in excellent shape, scales worn from age but very solid still, $18
-victorinox camper, black, ln, never used,$17

Any questions can be answered quickly with pics, but i can only email them, so please help me out. I'm off to school now, I'll let it go until after school tomorrow before i decide if there is enough interest to actually sell. Thank you all so much

Hello SAKnight  I kind of know how you feel, my wife's mother is in an extended care home and no longer recognizes my wife. You have to look at it this way. It is not the beginning or the end that counts, but what you have done in the middle. These kind folks in this forum are some of the best supporters from around the world you will ever find. That is getting rare these days, so it is always nice to know you are not doing it alone. If you get a chance somewhere down the road, perhaps you could share one of your stories about him. I would love to read that one. Your friend Rick

I am going to send this reply to condcup. Over the last year of bringing in some military Alox Swiss Army knives, I always end up with a few (Desk Toppers) as I call them. On Ebay I know they would go for higher prices, but I like the forum members here, they are a better class of people than the others we meet on EBay. ;)  The next two knives coming up for auction are in perfect shape, in fact the fourth knife has never been opened. I have no clue of how I am going to explain that in a write up.  (Brand new knife in the factory box, SEALED ??)
So I will say it again, thanks for the auction spots on   :salute: EDC :salute: and a thank you for your support of   :salute: Tim's Charity :salute:

And now for the NEW hint

I tremendously appreciate the support, and you're right, the people here are remarkable. I look forward to having the patience to type something more impressive on here, my posts are often brief as i find it a bit obnoxious to type lengthy messages from my phone. But yes, soon enough, i will post a story or two :tu:

Condcup, i pm'd you.

We're  getting some serious bidding on this one... looks like I may not have to take it home even though I'd love a marlinspike user.

Warning... this future one below though is looking sweet... it's going to attract attention.

Interesting! Brand new from factory box, still SEALED?? How much you think it's really worth, so they would go for higher prices on eBay? $50?? $100?? :pok:

I just have to BUMP this forward again to mention there is under 13 hours to go on this auction for Tim's kitties. The next knife up for auction is a Wenger. You will love it.
