Did you modify the tip? Blade size 20cm? Made the handle yourself?

Here are mine Sparky. Forged steel. From top to bottom Wusthoff, Henckels, Sabatier. They are quite old daily kitchen users, nothing fancy to look at. But they cut so nice and the balance is great. Handle shape I like just the way they are. Blades are all reprofiled and convexed. The large Sabatier is my most used, followed by the alox Solo.

 Yes, it had a broken tip when I got it so it got adjusted  ;)  about 20cms but I will measure it when I get home

Sabatier blade is 18cm long and 30cm overall, I will have to do another picture of my kitchen users, they are mostly Kitchen Devils at the moment which (IMO) are great value knives (as I have got better at sharpening them)

I like that Damascus blade Terry  :drool:
