I ordered a Skeletool cx from Amazon. It was sold to me as "new". This is how it arrived:(Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)Is it possible that the 154cm blade is simply not marked or is someone trying to sell me a cx with a 420hc blade?
Just a guess, but it looks like it was ground down from a ce. The ce blade on my skele and freestyle both have, for lack of better term, a mini choil between the first hole and the thumb hole. This one does not, as theblade appears to have less belly, hence my hypothesis. Thoughts?
Here's mine Skeletool 420 PE! (Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)
Take a look at the edges of holes on blade, as metro said you should be able to tell the difference between a punched hole and laser cut hole. The former has inward rounded edge on front but sharp edge on the back, whereas lasered are 90° sharp on both sides.
