interesting find?

here is two knives, one is an old Richartz Solingen whale Germany marked. It is old, however it is not the question knife.
The question is on the blue striped knife, it is strong made with strong springs. It lacks precision and finish. I can not make out the stamp completely - inox and a circle under and inside the circle something like a v with a spear in it?? it is half hidden under the liner.
Low cost knife, anybody seen this?
Lately i have interest on not real knives just to learn some more.
i must also mention that this forum(multitool.org) is the best in the world

Not sure if it helps: Inox is French for 'stainless steel' per
Google's translator
.

Inox:
Ox would be short for some version of oxidizable (rust)
Inox would be inoxidizable (rust free -- rostfrei or stainless steel)

Although the term Inox is of French origin, it doesn't necessarily tie the knife to there. I'm pretty sure I've seen other knives labelled the same from elsewhere in Europe, and I wouldn't rule out German or Spanish manufacture too quickly. At first I thought it might have been an Andujar (Spanish) Logo, but theirs is a "flourished" letter A in a box, not a circle (unless they changed it at some point)

if i should just guess the circle with something inside could be mistaken for a scout lily, just a guess

The blue scales, if the are not a replacemet, just say Greek to me, but that's simple my impression that has no basis in reality.
