From NC
on: April 11, 2013, 11:50:52 PM
Not so sure I ever introduced myself and I only have one post. My laptop was stolen the day after I signed up on here. Anyway, I love tools, multi-tools are always in my pocket, and even though I have a toolbox at work, I always reach for my pocket to use my trusted tools. These include:

Wingman
Tinker
Gerber EAB
Park Tool MTB-7 (for the hex and wrenches)

I plan to add more like an adjustable wrench tool when I find my favorite and something that has bits for different screws and bolts.

Anyway I have been chomping at the bit to get involved here and now I am!

Welcome!  Sucks about the laptop.  :(  The Tinker and the EAB are two of my favorites, a good start for you.  Be warned though, if you hang around here too much, they will multiply rapidly.....  >:D

G'day & welcome mate  :D :D

"you can never have too many tools" , there are a few of us that think like that  ::) :D :D :D. Nice group of tools mate  :tu: :tu: :tu:

I have wanted to get a EAB for ages but when I was talking to a Aussie Ebay knife seller he told me you can not import the EAB's to Australia as Oz Customs classifies them as a concealed weapon   , I think because the pocket clip is also designed as a money clip   BUT really I don't know how they came up with that  ??? ???, the amount of horse fertilizer Oz Customs produces is astonishing  :( :(

I love that EAB. I use everyday for opening boxes and cutting things open or just cutting a strip of foam. It works wonderful. I am not trying to rub it in, just letting you know what a nice tool it can be.
