ALTERNATIVE TITLE FOR THIS THREAD COULD BE ~
  "SHAMELESS BROWN NOSING"
(not sure if i've posted this in the right place but i'm sure someone reading this could move/remove if need be ?)

It may have been said before, and i hope it has, it's easy to forget who's doing the work if it's being done right ! but I'd like to give a shout out for the modderators on MT.O !
I don't know for sure if they get 'paid' (i'll bet someone will inform me soon  ;)) but i doubt they earn a 'good living' doing it ? so they are probably giving up thier valuable time for us.
it can't be easy , staying on the fence. I've noticed things rarely get beyond a bit of 'girly handbag' stuff before one of the mods steps in and reminds us that we are ALL adults on here, and i'd wager it's just that kind of policing that keeps this forum what it is ! I have, once or twice  ::), had my knuckles smaked, because i am sometimes too keen to share my thoughts.
well i just wanted to say ~

Getting paid.. Now that's an idea :tu: why didn't I think of that when signing the contract. :doh: Def has it set up so we actually pay him to work here. :D

It has been mentioned before michael but it's good for us too be reminded what a great team of mods we have here,they make MTO if possible a even better place  :salute: its because of moderator culture on other forums that I've left them or don't go on as much, keep up the great work guys and gals  :salute:
