I picked up the same model NIB (Radioshack exclusive clamshell) recently for a bit cheaper than that.  Slightly mislabeled auction.  I am not in love with it (kinda neat knife though) so if someone wants/needs it let me know (no price increase). 

(Hmm, it might be a good candidate for my 1000 post giveaway)
