Here he is, a battle scarred 76 soldier.

Hollow rivet, WK stamp.
Blade is used up, Awl is broken.

Please go ahead and remove my place in line for the red alox. It is just too worn to do anything with.

Thanks for first option on the Red Soldier, I have a spare blade but no Awl and the scales are more worn than I was hoping, so I too will give up my place in the queue.

I hope someone else gives the old fella a nice home.

cheers

Very tempting Soldier and the number has some significance to me, but sadly (or luckily) I seem to have an overabundance of B quality white cross pioneers atm.  You price is very reasonable too, but more than I can spend atm for a soldier.

Thanks for the offer though!

...I am rethinking my plan of reviving it.
Maybe I´ll drop Syph a line about a blade and an Awl?
I already have the drill bits and pivots and some 91 and 108 stuff to practice.

So someone come and save me from spending more on this... ;-)

Now you're talking!  I bet Syph has a few 93mm blades sitting around from his Solo sacrificing days.  The awl is still serviceable, just sharpen it a bit.  Or you could try sending to Vic on your dime!

I wanted to avoid sending it to Vic as they usually fix the knife and refuse to bill you - And this, although nice, would not be right, as i bought the knife in this sorry state and I´d feel bad about a free fix. I had my lucky share of free fixes of clearly non-warranty defects and will only send in my own knives for warranty work.

I´m working on a trade...

I have worked out a trade with Hanksolon for Soldier Spares. I´ll have a go at refurbishing this old fighter.

The Cadet is still up for sale.
