Maybe mine two mp-600 counts.
I think the name is mp 600 basic I´m not completely sure though.
The bo and the ss have different knives.

Sorry, but this EOD looks like one of the Chinese made copies. The small flathead/bottle opener is off, the Sawblade coupler is missing and the "U.S.A." is printed on, not stamped. Opposed to that, the stamped "Gerber" looks to be off and too deep, too.

Some of the components may well be, but the MP600 is actually put together in the US. Many of the other tools in Gerber's catalogue are outsourced completely from China

Anyone recognise the seller as suspect?
The packaging does not correspond with the warnings on the Gerber website.
I was just about to sell this, so its important I know this is a definitely a fake. I am about to flame this guy.

I have an MP600, plain steel color, needle-nose, have the bit kit for it too.
Unfortunately I have to say that I am not very enthused by this tool. It just seems so unrefined, poorly thought out, and have such poor manufacturing tolerances that I have kept it in the car the last 5 years. Pulled it out of its sheath a couple of weeks ago and the spring from the blade exchanger fell into my hand, so I sent it back. A new one arrived yesterday, only slightly different in tools from the original.
Excellent Warranty service by Gerber, but I am still not in love with it. :(

 :pok: So, if you can think of a trade I´d take it from you  :) Been carrying a Gerber MP for teh last 17 years and never had a problem (but maybe that´s because I´m not the most refined and well thought out man around :D)

CanadianLMFan, i think you were referring to WH867's original posting on the 3rd page of this thread. Bmot was just bumping the thread to encourage MTo folks to supply more postings.
