Need opinion on Nitecore EA1

I was thinking about one of these, but ended up going another (more expensive) route. I won't tell you what light I bought yet. I wan't to wait until I get it. Anyways I am still thinking of buying one of these anyways, but wanted your opinions on the light. The only thing that turned me off was that it seemed there Customer Service is very poor and they try to dodge doing warranty claims. Any truth to this? Anyone experience this? I also don't like that I have to ship the light to China for a warranty claim. Anyways any info and opinions are appreciated.
