Blade Exchanger on Sidekick/Wingman

According to http://www.leatherman.com/userguides/US/939750_HD_SIZE_USER_GUIDE1.pdf both Sidekick and Wingman have an Blade Exchanger [27]. However on the product page I cannot confirm that.
Living in Vic Country its kinda hard to get my hands on a Leatherman tool, so I would appreciate if anyone has intel on that...

That's a typo. The feature being pointed at is in fact the Wire Stripper [32].

To bad a Sidekick with the Blade Exchanger would have been my next Multitool...
