My 7 year old nephew's bug collecting SAK I bought for him. It is kind of neat. It has a small scoop, a mag glass and tweezers. He is moving on to catching geckos now.  :P

That is neat 50ft-trad. Sort of reminds me of this Canadian made kitchen multi-tool.

That's an interesting one Chako  :tu: Have you tried using it?

The Lemar Club 18 Open-All is as bothersome to use as it is to say it's name  OK that might be a slight exageration, but it's not the greatest design in the world. The nut crackers did come in handy at Christmas, though I did have to break out a SOG Powerlock for some of the more stuborn ones  :D The bottle opener works fine, but some of the other functions are a little ambitious in their promises to say the least.

It has been quite useful a couple of times though, so I can't be too harsh on it  ;)

Yes, I have used it a time or two. To my knowledge, it is the only multi-tool to be made in Canada.

Al,
If you really want to be aggravated, try using the version with the corkscrew. :P :D

Dan,
Keep a lookout for a Ten-In-One-Tool. It was made back in the 1920's, and has a hammer, screwdriver, knife blade sharpener, can opener, and weight scale, among other things. Manufactured in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. :salute:

In order to be certain of having the right tool for every job.........one must first acquire a lot of tools

Well, this is not exactly an EDC but it can be, it's light enough. I bought it recently and have been using it a lot.

That was the general idea. Start it off as a giveaway but continue afterwards as the weird tools thread.
