The Array drop-in worked out to be quite an interesting learning curve, it's given me quite a few ideas on drop-in construction so it definitely wasn't a complete loss.

The laser is really something though, i've been trying a few things to make it a little safer including swapping the tail switch to a reverse clicky type so it's harder to accidentally turn on.
But anything that still needs an aircraft check before turning it on can't really be a good idea.

The collection is growing nicely:

Some of the hosts aren't finished yet and many still require drop-ins but the collections coming along well.
(there are three lights i forgot to include in the picture so that's 31 so far)

I was about to suggest you bring the laser with you, but given the possible health hazards that might not be such a good idea.

Do make sure you bring a couple of your best though.

I will bring the laser along, it's fine so long as it's pointed straight up and not waved around like a sabre.
It is worth seeing but deserves respect.
