The Podium water bottles that I use when riding my bike were showing their age. I had ripped the nozzle of one while disassembling it for cleaning. And the jet valve on the other just would not come clean anymore. New nozzles and jet valves cannot be ordered separately from the Camelbak website and replacement caps assemblies cost nearly as much as a new bottle. I was almost ready to give up and buy new bottles when I noticed a Replacement Parts link on the website. The replacement page has a form to fill out to request parts and explain why you need them.
I filled out the form asking for two nozzles and two jet valves. Two weeks later a package showed up at my house with two new, complete lid assemblies. My total cost was $0, I didn't even have to pay for shipping.
I have preferred Camelbak Podium bottles almost since they were introduced. Now I am a Camelbak fan and will look for their products first when I need hydration gear.
