What do you call a person who knows three languages? Trilingual. What do you call a person who knows two languages? Bilingual. What do you call a person who knows a single language? American. And now it is time run away...
Hey!!! We Americans speak 2 languages, english and american.

Any chance that's Mexican Spanish? I'm not sure how far Mexican Spanish is from the Spanish in Spain, but I understand there are some differences.Mostly vocabulary and pronunciation. Mexican Spanish (and a lot of the South American Spanish) uses a lot of English based words, whereas in Spain they have different words. I find most South American speakers speak slower compared to a lot of Spain Spanish speakers. Some examples:"Carro" (Mexican Spanish) = Car"Coche" (Spain) = Carand in Spain "Carro" means cart like a shopping cart.
