Tiremet Tools
on: August 26, 2013, 12:47:45 AM
So I was taking a look around Amazon (for what at this point I can't recall) when I found some interesting Titanium objects. Turns out what I was looking at was produced by X'ian Tiremet Metal Co. and they make quite a few things out of our favorite metal Titanium. Mostly bike parts and metal fasteners and the like, but then I found some supplier pages with these babies:

EDC Pocket Tools
Self Defense
Camping and Other
Bust(y) Bottle Opener

I myself am quite enamored with a few of the keychain accessories... just found it interesting. Thought you should know. You can source these through some Amazon and eBay sellers. :salute:

Newegg has a supplier with both one piece tools skull and dragon. When I scrape up enough available funds I'll try out the cheaper one. :D

I think he was selling some of his items (TI guitar prybar/wrench, maybe others too) through the EDCF store for some time.

Know if anyone reviewed 'em over there?

EDIT: Looks mostly like whistles and capsules. :D

I bought a bunch of titanium items from them on ebay, for knot work, lanyards, EDC keychain duty, etc.. and everything seems nice enough for the 'auction' prices..  :)

There is, with out a hint of irony, this phrase on the first item on that page: "Urban Operators™ Titanium Small Rainbow Keyring"

That's what every "special forces" dude needs, a rainbow anodized keyring.  Heck, I don't even know how I lived without it.
