as the 'buyer' I should have started the 'back slapping' 
but I've been without internet for 24 hours 
Thermox sold me another LM squirt (Mrs TD has broken hers, she used it to near death bless her) I stupidly made a passing comment on another thread after we'd struck up our deal, someone in 'Americaland' was selling off squirts a tiny bit cheaper, and Thermox PM'd me franticly offering to let me out of the deal ! not that I was in any way unhappy with the price he was asking. he also got worried about some very minor scratches (see his for sale thread for pics) i'm not a collector I just wanted a useable tool for the old lady. when the tool turned up I was shocked that it was in much better condition than he suggested it to be, almost 'new' as far as we can tell  it'll certainly give ample service. Mrs TD has arthritis in her hands (along with other places) so can't get on with other tools but loves having the scissors !
I had trouble with 'paypal' and then lost my interweb connection completely (provider problems  ) so I couldn't confirm 'diddly' yet Paul managed to mail the goods to me and they were delivered the very next morning
