With hanging ring, that is. That's the description given at the site where I got this dandy little multitool. It's turned out to be not too bad a tool despite the modest construction and low price.
About 2 7/8" long (without bail), 13/16" wide and 1" tall, made with a plastic body, its implements are reasonable and function well. The ballpoint pen is retracted when closed and automatically extends when opened, and writes decently. LED flashlight is reasonably bright, and operates with a slide switch. The knife blade and can/bottle openers are stainless steel. Both rely on friction to remain open/closed, adjustable via Phillips screw pivots. The knife took a decent edge on its sheepfoot profile. Both the bottle and can openers work decently. Can opener is a bit slow due to its small size. It also has a tendency to shave small burrs on the can edge the way Leatherman can openers do.
Though the longeveity of such a throw away tool might be understandable, both the pen and the LED are can be serviced with new ink and batteries by simply pulling apart the pen, or prying off the light reflector to reveal innards.
This a a really humble tool, but I think it manages to suceed where other $3 multis would probably fail.
