My usual EDC, despite being away for a week visiting the in-laws: Vic Spirit, Vic Handyman and a AA flashlight in my bag, on my person a Alox Rambler, a Pioneer and a LedLenser. Sounds like an overkill but I find it's not.

Well, I ended up going with the Octane. Although I had to supplement with a PPP while putting up a stuft animal hammock.

It comes off pretty easily, the belt retention thing is also a 8-10-11mm wrench hah. Makes me want to design a tool belt of my own!!

How do you like the XE6? I tried it once in a shop but decided it was to thick for comfortable use/carry compared to the Wave.

its like lemsips as still got the flu  :-\ i generally carry a swisschamp in my front jeans pocket on a dangler plus sometimes a sidekick in its pouch dangling in my pocket,ill carry the xe6 the same way,it doesn't seem any more bulky than the champ,the xe6 was a pressie from my wife as was my 007 skyfall scaletrix  :ahhh i did get some socks as the dog likes chewing them :D
