New Cheap and Cheerful Avatar

Slightly off topic, but I think it fits here. I haven't had an avatar, but after seeing several giveaways that specifically stated "avatar required", I realized some people like avatars and want to put a "face" to the name. Considering my affinity for buying inexpensive, smurfy multitools my first avatar is the......Re:solve. What's not to love? Blue, brick-like, comes with a set of sockets and a huge knife blade that if memory serves doesn't lock. Fits my personality to a "T". Sendentary, useful in a generic but not particularly defined way and defintely not run of the mill with a little bit of danger if used incorrectly.....

I think people like avatars because it lets them see at a glance who made the post. Just a little less effort.

I've considered changing mine, and realize what terrible confusion it causes me when others do it. So, at least for now, I stick with the 'pressed fairy'.

The RE:Solve tool! I did a review of that tool! The knife blade lockup is horrible!

That said, I've used it many times in the lab for replacing bandsaw blades and the drivers are really quite good

Rusty and rare is coming. This one hit me in stride this week. I see a plierench in my future. I love the rusty rare ones, but my budget has resigned me to mostly Cheap and Cheerful items <sigh.................................>.
