Gerber multi-lite history info ?

Does anyone know any history on the multi-lite, when they came out,when they stopped making them, variations dates,its a interesting mt with some cool ideas and functions,thanks for any help   :salute:

Yeah red handled knives did make me laugh  :rofl:

Final post (by Roadie) suggests a date of 1997.  though sadly the link seems defunct. :-\

 :facepalm: didnt see that bit at the end  :D cheers guys,shame there isnt a time line for these as ive noticed lots of variations including a version with gerbers straight through nail nik  :tu:
