I spotted this on the 'bay yesterday so I snagged a copy of the pic and included the link. Really cool fisherman's tool. Don't know them, not recommending them, just posting a photo for collecting posterity.

Also made in Italy and sold as the Boker Come-A-Part Fisherman Shears:
