This SwissChamp has the older style grey magnifier, the scissors with the groove that keeps the spring in place, and it has black plus scales. The box is in semi-rough shape, and there are a few very minor scuffs on the scales from box/storage wear (the scuffs are hard to photograph because they are so minor and so few... it is unused and all the tools are mint). The older black swisschamps with the grey magnifiers are getting harder to find these days. This is a catch and release for me. I bought two at a good price, and decided to pass one along at a good price.
