Searching the interwebs, 53810 is listed as BO Spirit X.  I'm very happy with this, since I want to beat the heck out of this tool and if it had been a BO Spirit S, I would have felt compelled to baby it.

Based on the pics, I would say it is the Military X version!  Does that make it any more scarce to find?

I still would have been a bit disappointed myself, but one can't complain for getting another, possibly somewhat rare (not really sure), version for a great price

Looks like Loki was in fact correct

I took from this seller several 53810 - came Spirit X BO CC. Spirit S BO - 53815, so that the seller of the title have one model (right, attacked on the box), and photos and descriptions of the other models have. This is certainly bad, but given the price it does not matter.

I'm pretty stoked now that I've seen pictures it really was a good price.

Oh its for sure a great MT.  The going price for those was $90 last I checked.  I prefer the x version overall, the S version I only hunted down since I wanted one of each type.  The MT I actually carry is an x.

I now must collect all 6 like syph007  so this pretty girl will stay with me.  I am bummed that according to Burnside the seller told him the item was as pictured.  I read thru all the descriptions and looked at the photo as well prior to ordering.  Pretty shady if you ask me however it doesnt sour the beauty of this tool nor the price paid.

It's a deceptive business practice, but in the end it is still a great deal. That's the catch. Make it a good deal either way, and then bank on the buyer keeping it because it was a good deal even if it is not the exact same item that was described and pictured. Like the rest of you, I'll probably be keeping this one (I'm not a fan of the cap crimper though  )

I would return it, but I'm sure I would lose on the shipping, and I just don't think it's worth the hassle. Plus, like the rest of you, I'm hooked on what a good deal it is as well. 

I'm going to be excited for it rather than dwell on the false advertising. It should be here tomorrow!
