How to finish a 4 strand plait?

Anyone know? I've just mastered the 4 strand plait but I'm not sure how to finish it.  :facepalm:

Any advice welcome!

I'm off out now but will look when I get back. I can start and continue with the plait - I wanted a decorative 'ending' knot for it......
