Walked a few blocks again and found a few more things, this time with the Mrs and the kid and we got a few things, they just put out these cool salt and pepper shakers, you push the top down and it pops open, but the last stop we made was just around the corner because I wanted the Mrs to see, the glass stand I figured it would be good for her to show off her baking stuff, but also those little pots, I figured perfect for chili!

Used the Bond to "help" assemble some recent purchases by the "Dept. of Good Ideas" (D.o.G.I)
As is so often the case, the "D.o.G.I" failed to consult with the "Dept. of Works" (D.o.W)  :twak:

Well we just got a phone call stating that my new snowblower will be getting delivered tomorrow! Where I’m going to put it I have no clue cause there’s like no room in the garage!

Yeah, well it didn’t come, come to find out the delivery service had problems with their truck, so it’s not coming till tomorrow..as far as the shed I actually thought of that and even looked into them,  some dinky small shed with enough room just to store the snowblower, lawnmower, and all the rakes and shovels, so even like a 5’ x 5’ yet there like more expensive then the freaking snowblower!

Time for a garage sale   :pok:.  We got a shed and man did it fill fast.  The previous owner had a huge one made of wood.  I'd say it was 15x10 but needed some care so the realtor tore it down.  Our is 8x6?  Filled fast thats for sure.

Two SAKs came back to me on Tuesday. Both went in for warranty work. I think I should have been a little more specific with what I wanted, but I was only charged for return shipping, so I'm happy overall. The 58mm left as a Bijou and came back as a Classic SD.

Well on the good side my Oport and free i1r 2 EOS arrived today  :woohoo:

On the not so good side this was the smallest piece of my order...

Placed an order in the sale on Sunday night, two separate orders to use coupons (this was the smaller):

-Both were marked as shipped by Olight on Tuesday morning at 7am

-Started showing on tracking on Wednesday

-Showed up in the UK from Ireland on Thursday

-Arrived at Chester (not my local depot, but 30 minutes from where I live)

Andddd this is where things diverge. Despite clearly being together this entire time, the bulk of my order appears to have not left the Chester Depot yet, meanwhile the Oport went to and was delivered by my local depot... There's no real reason for this.

So picked up presumably on Tuesday from the seller and one part has arrived three days later with the other presumably going to arrive tomorrow...

The best part is that this is 24 hour delivery from the Royal Mail  :facepalm: :facepalm: :facepalm:

Snowblower still hasn’t come, was suppose to be here before 2pm, so the Mrs called the store, and they know nothing, so she had to call the delivery service and they said it was canceled again and moved to tomorrow,, yeah on our anniversary,, so the Mrs was like no I’m not having this! So she had to call the warehouse to talk to someone up the ladder, now supposedly it didn’t go out on delivery this morning was because they didn’t have it! So if they didn’t have it how the hell could it have been on a delivery truck two days ago that broke down? Thus why it didn’t get delivered Wednesday? So their coming up with excuses to cover up not being able ti deliver it! All I know is the Mrs talked to the guy and he said to have it delivered tomorrow but like I said it our anniversary so I’m not going to have to literally sit around doing nothing waiting for them to pull my chain, so the Mrs said no deliver it Sunday!!

Not me but the Mrs! I gave the Mrs her gift, funny part was when she was working out I put the box under the table and she never noticed it, but here’s her reaction  :D
