Nothing at all like that. The concept here is you do something nice for someone else (often someone you don't know), and they then have to do something nice for a different person (or persons, depending on how generous they feel). So it is an expanding circle of good Karma if you like. The benefit you get is the warm fuzzy feeling from doing good (well it works for me)

It works really well, but it is mainly a UK site.
I think this will work great here as long as it is made clear by the person offering something if they mind posting worldwide, or it could get messy.
