i am seriously tempted to do pink handles on the butchest tool i own, which is probably the surge...i've done two pink sets in the past two years....one was a rose-beige, actually, but deceptively white, and one was swatted-bootie PINK.  i got no end of teasing from the tech guys until i distressed it with a whole lot of white, giving it the 'grandma's wallpaper' look, which is what i was going for.  but i've been looking for a way to make them put up with some pink from me without having to go out of my way in the wardrobe department.  the only color shirt i own is black.

i wonder if they would still try to borrow the surge if it were swatted-booty pink.

Try this one:

(and yes, I'd borrow it!)
 :D :D

There are these pink series Leathermans.

LM also made a pink Squirt P4 (and the "Thunder Purple" Juice XE6 is rather pretty too  ;) )

Interesting these pink tools show up and just yesterday my oldest daughter says she wants a knife.   :ahhh  I showed her some colored Spydercos and Leeks and she loved the pink Kershaw Leek.  I did see that Rat in pink too but figured she'd go for a purple or orange rather than pink.  Oh well I'm happy to get her whatever tho the mini griptillian looks pretty sweet in pink.

There's a company called 'Tomboy Tools' that make tools and tool kits intended for women, with most of their products being pink.

http://www.tomboytools.com

Their built on a kind of 'tupperware' model, but with tools instead of dishes.

that's pretty cool! I wish they provided other colors though lol. I'm not much of a pink fan.

Thanks Lynn, my 2 girls are so girly I was just surprised she even wanted a knife.  She does have a pink Classic SD I recently gave her so maybe that did it .

She also found out how easy it is to have such a tool in your pocket. Since I bought my new knife I use it all the time. Fixing a webcam, opening envelopes and packages, slicing an apple… Just love it!!!

That is great to know. People always look funny upon Multitools and SAKs, until they need them.

Serena, are the Dutch Police issued any knives as part of their kit? I am just curious.

EDIT: Got to love typos.

No, no knives. But most carry a multitool or SAK of their own…

Ah ok. I suppose if I was a police officer, I would probably carry some sort of first responder emergency tool such as the Victorinox Rescue knife or something like that.

Me! My husband has been a member here for a long time and I've lurked from time to time but just signed up today. I will have to post some pics of my pink knives! I've also got a couple purple tools that I love.

Well we are waiting  :pok:
I don't think I have any pink tools right now. I used to have an MTO SOG mini toolclip in pink- but I can't find it.  >:( >:(
