Orange alox Farmers for $36.40

Came across these from someone on another forum and since I got mine ordered I figured I would share with you guys.  I sadly heard there was a promo code after I ordered mine but with it you should get free shipping and get it for $36.40 shipped. No sales tax unless your in Idaho. Promo code is "nutnfancy". I cannot confirm the promo code works as I did not use it, but I was told it should work so I would definitely try the promo code. Killer deal in my opinion.

After half a decade they come out with a new standard Farmer color, ... and it's orange. Why couldn't it have beem blue, green or red?

I know we have a lot of orange lovers and it's nice of them to come out with a new color, but orange isn't one of my favorites.

Its not a standard farmer color. Its a exclusive limited run through cutleryshoppe. At least that's what they are saying.

Yes hold them and flip on ebay for easily more than that.  Check completed auctions for orange alox new in box and its alot of $.

This is really going to screw with the prices of the limited +B orange Farmers...I wonder if Victorinox have plans to release any of the other limited colours

I'm starting to think the limited runs was not such a good idea...great for collectors at the time who wanted to have a complete collection of a certain model but if this is anything to go by then the ar$e could fall out of the market for limited colors
Kind of glad I sold on my Alox collection now I would have one of these as a user though

There are still a few colours of Pioneer that I desire for my collection, but I'm not about to pay so much as one red cent for a colour version over the cost of silver!

I wish Vic would release runs of all the major colours and saturate the market diluting people who paid all that money for special +B versions!

Because I live with chronic pain in my back, leg and joints which makes me a little cranky at times. I try to keep it under wraps but I guess it shows here at times.

Thats why I think a better option would be the metal saw.  Never used the wood saw either.

Woe is me! Just ordered 3 orange Farmers which I don't need.

For the record --  the promo code does nothing on international orders.

(It appears to unlock free shipping, but you still end up paying 25 or 60 dollars for it. Ouch.)

Some inside info that I heard form someone that spoke to there company. These where made in a batch of 400 so they is only 400 of them total. They have around 50 left as of now.

I'm guessing this could be a trial run by Victorinox
I'd expect to see more of these sized runs in other colours
