LED walkway path lights...

A few recent knotty projects I did for outside the home was wrapping some solar LED walkway path lights with cord.  You can use the same type knot work on flashlight bodies and knife/tool handles, walking sticks, canes, vehicle roll bars, steering wheels, etc...   :)

What are the end knots on the first picture? Turk's head knots?

Yes, those are 7 lead 6 bight Turk's head knots, doubled.  You tie the 5 lead 4 bight knot first, then raise/expand it into the 7 lead 6 bight knot.  ;)

Wow. A very detailed tutorial, but I am not going to tackle that before trying some simpler ties first!  :o
