[CLOSED] Swiss tool parts needed.

Hey I need to get my hands on some parts to restore my swiss tool to a useable multi tool again!

The parts needed are:
- plain edge blade
- serrated blade
- wood saw
- metal file

Stainless or black oxide, doesn't matter...

... Anybody know where a could find parts or know of a swiss tool with broken plier head or something along those lines for a donor??

Any help would be greatly appreciated  :tu:

Mail it to Vic with a Warranty claim and they will take care of you and likely send you a new tool for $5

I contacted Victorinox and they said to send it to them and they will assess it and get back to me. They never said anything about $5 though.

 Once they get it you will likely get a phone call that requests either a credit card or check for the amount of $5 as a handling fee in order to get your tool back to you.  At least that has been my experience and it states such on their website.

The victorinox dealer exchanged my swiss tool free of all charges. Very happy with my experience!  :tu:
