More reason why we need a Heritage line (think Micra, Rebar, Supertool) size "pocket" multi tool from LM. Four ounces of simple perfection - less is more. I'm sure LM has this on the drawing board.
I feel for ya man, I have a juice pro with a broken back spring, they won't fix it and they want to replace it with a xe6. So now I sit with a broken Pro.Sak's rule !

the two of you might want to contact Metro - Not only did he show a way to replace the springs without braking tehm or hurtuing yourself (In his Slim Jim thread, I believe?), I also think i remember him mentioning buying a lot Juices to tear them down for mods - He might be able to help out with springs.
NNR, i know that if you were to send it directly to them, they would replace it. If they're out of refurbished tools, they'd send you a new one. Thing is, I don't know how cost-effective that is for you from your nation. With the postage and fees, perhaps you MAY be better off buy another used one. ?

Indeed, I've been thinking about exactly the same. A used one will again be a little more expensive than the shipping cost (MAYBE), but at least I'll have another one in my hands. The shipping s***, indeed. Even more so if on the way back it ends up in customs. So, yes, I'm wondering if to send it at all, if they reply at all. But one thing I know for sure- I'm never again going to buy a brand new tool. I've spent like the minimal salary in my country on two brand new Juices and both of them turned out crappy-ish....
