Don't have video options due to poor lighting, but this was the 1st time using the corkscrew w/ assist on a bottle of wine, via Juice XE6.
Corkscrew in to the last loop, move the corkscrew assist lever over to the bottle's edge (left side), and lift up the right side via a rotating/upward rocking motion
Cork is half way out, corkscrew assist lever still on bottle.
Successful (fake) cork is removed!
Close-up of the (fake) cork and Juice XE6
Cheers to all my mates! Bottle of wine from Australia for my 49th birthday!

Kitchen still a little messy from digging all them spices out from Thanksgiving. We have very little room in the kitchen and mom has to know where every little spice goes - thus why they have not mysteriously ended up in the cupboards.

Very nice! The Juice corkscrew system actually works very well, I think.

Funny, I drank a bottle of that same wine last week
. Not bad stuff, I like the Moscato as well. I'm kind of a food, wine, beer snob so if I'll drink it, it is decent. I opened my bottle with my SAK. However, now watching the Juice in action I might have to order one witha corkscrew.

Wished Foster's came in a bottle with corks, then I could get more use out of the corkscrew. I haven't had any wine in nearly three decades. Am more of a micro-brewery or stout/ale person myself. I like ale with taste, texture, and occasionally like the stuff that bites back!
I remember this German dark beer I had in the Air Force. The doc wrote us fellows a prescription for beer in the hospital!
EKU, Ekrupt Hell
. Figured it had to be good with a name like that!

My favorite beer is dogfishhead 90min IPA. The best IPA in the world.

Still, if push comes to shove. You can use the corkscrew to carry the SAK jewelers screwdriver. It's the perfect fit.
"Some rise by sin, and some by virtue fall;
Some run from breaks of ice, and answer none:
And some condemned for a fault alone." -William Shakespeare, King Lear (1608), Act IV, scene 6, line 169

It's high time I bought a bottle of wine to test that Xe6. Test purposes only, of course.

I've only tried mine once, but it did do what a lot of others I've seen list here: ground the glass at the bottle lip. This, of course, not being the ideal everyone's looking for.
Perhaps, though, it was operator error? Too much hurry to 'get bottle open, drink wine'.
It seemed to grind the glass enough that I was going to try to do a mod on it, but haven't exactly plotted that course just yet. Anyone else?
