Closing Leatherman Rebar with awl out causes pliers to jam.

Just got the replacement Rebar from LM tool group.

I can't even force this thing to jam. The pliers naturally close on the side opposite the awl now but even forcing it to the other side, the tool closes shut when sandwiching rather than wedging between those flat drivers. Some type of tolerance issue must have occurred.

LM gave me a paid shipping label back and replaced my new Rebar with another new Rebar. Can't say enough about LM customer service.
