If I never do another 4-layer build, it will be too soon. Combining two pivots and getting them the right size is such a pain in the neck.

Another October-themed knife ... this time I used an Electrician instead of the PX. I love that little Electrician blade but man is it a pain to sharpen.
Red alox bantam from a cadet+cellidor bantam.Man, drilling out rivets on alox is nerve-wracking.-Tom
Nice mod T14... reused the cadet pins?
And for the record 875fps.. you do stunning work. What an absolute pleasure to watch -Tom
T14, on that Cyberapprentice, do you repeen and then reattach the nylon scales? Those mods look fun to do.
Sorry for your loss Chivy, but that is a nice mod
Indeed! It looks like a great mod if you prefer to use dedicated knives over the SAK main blade, and it still gives you the "mini red toolbox" aspect of a SAK. No liner between the small blade and saw?

No liner between the small blade and saw?Pablo: No liner between the small blade and saw, other than a slim (0.005") bronze washer needed to even the thickness of the scaler/ruler spring I used. I debated as to keep this modded SAK as bladeless -perhaps making it TSA compliant - but I do not quite trust their judgement with multitools. When flying I always carry those in my checked bags, or not travel with them at all.Raul
