I love "who done it" stories... :ahhh

Time to call in the pro's:
  • Columbo
  • Inspector Morse
  • George Smiley
  • Gil Grissom & DB Russell
  • Inspector Jacques Clouseau

                    :drink:

Don't you think Tony Robinson and Time Team might be more appropriate

With the crew we have here?  Definitely a job for Inspector Gadget........

or a metal detector

Should I mail it to him ...

Anyway, I've read that he already used a metal detector, so it surprised me a bit that he didn't find it already, something as big as a Gerber MP600 should produce quite a signal on the metal detector.

Edit: even if it sounds like tin foil ...

Rumor has it a certain clown as dug it up and sent it anonymously to Bulgaria, though reports of this actually happening are still under investigation.

I'll vouch for the clown because at the given moment it was all Kirky's fault

How many more days!?!?

Saturday June 25, 2015 will be the day - if I can find it by then.  I will be looking again in the morning.  My strategery will be to look through the two large dirt piles I have accumulated, on the chance that I dug it up and didn't realize it.

Praise the Lord . . . I found the MP600 today.  It was in a pile of dirt I had removed from the burial site.  I found it after moving the dirt pile and sifting through it for the 3rd time.  For one magical moment, my eyes caught its slow, glorious arc through the air from my shovel, and I heard the the chorus of a great multitude of angels singing in unison.

Stay tuned for the one-year anniversary on Saturday.

And yeah, I meant July.  6,200 mosquitos have drained my blood during this adventure, resulting in declining cognition which I can scant afford.
