Thanks guys  :D feel rough today ,sooo much snot  :-\ headaches badly and too make it worse im back in tue night and got a job interview wed at 11pm just hope i improve as really want this job  :tu:

Cheers mate  :tu: im trying to move away from working with elderly with dementia and working with people with disabilities, wanted to do this for age, i dont like the route the home i work at is heading as losing staff on a monthly basis so want to get out of hms titanic before it sinks  :tu:

Thanks guys  :salute: feel worse this am just coughing so much and chesty and dont start on these headache  :-\ all in all total crap ,my youngest is off again with it as well so trying to look after her and me trying to rest .

About the job, I'll give you the advice my grandfather (Poppa) gave me.

Well interview seemed to go well,pus i had to do a test  :ahhh ill find out thursday so fingers crossed,still very snotty though  :-[

Thanks everyone  :tu:, i really need to get out of my old job as the company really doesnt give a hoot about its staff and losing them on a monthly basis,the manager and deputy manger (my wife) are both leaving this month and then its going to go pear shaped big time ,the thing i like about the new job is that its one to one in folks homes and i can ride my bike so ill get fitter as well, :tu:
