I got, I got it, What is it?
on:

I bought this knife at an auction last week. The knife has metal scales and measures 74 mm or 3 inches long. The knife has the same tools as an Victorinox Ambassador, and the outward appearance of a Victorinox Companion. Does anyone know the name of the knife.
Thanks in advance.

I may get older but I refuse to grow up.

I'd call it the smooth alox Ambassador, those were almost exclusively made as advertising SAKs in either the Executive or Ambassador setups in the 1970's I think. Don't think they have an official name.

I'm with enki_ck on this one. But earlier versions also exist, known as 653 r+ if I'm correct (and 653 U r+ with keyring).
You should seriously visit

I seem to remember a model called "Lady Victoria" from an older catalog.

Good call, SM5000.
The naming from that period is very confusing though as we can see from that catalog alone.
The Companion is called Executive and the Executive is called the Companion.
The Secretary is called the Handy boy, Climber is the President, Spartan is the Camper, and so on.
