PENDING: Victorinox Troubleshooter with new black Plus scales.

Victorinox Troubleshooter with new black Plus scales - ON HOLD.

This was bought NOS. I immediately swapped out the Marlboro scales for a new set of black plus scales (includes pen). It was carried a few times, but not used much at all. Includes the original packaging as well.

Price includes shipping in ConUSA.
