Is that one of the Chinese ones or is it American made?

Looks like Chinese to me   :(  (different packet, different sheath, yellow printing on side of handle, flush plier pivot).  Don't buy one expecting a "tough" tool suitable for any kind of serious use.

The US ones didn't have scissors did they? (mine doesn't atleast)

Yep thats the china version.  The USA version also had a riveted together plier head.  I just got one of the US ones for my collection.
