Oooh!  I've got one!  Long before Micheal Bay got his hands on the Transformers and stomped all over my childhood toys (sorry folks ;)), some other bloke did an even better job of killing my childhood dreams and made this steaming pile of poo...

Wow, completely forgot about that one, probably for very good reason.   How can you have a He-Man movie without Battle Cat anyway?

If you can spare the effort it might be worth watching this series of interviews:

basically explains why it's so bad. :D  However, whatever the reasons were, it's still a cruddy movie.

Oh, and while I'm on a roll, how about Streetfighter?

1995 Judge Dredd killed my boyhood hero in the most cruel way. Was Stallone that goodlooking to appear without his helmet? He should be executed with a Lawgiver on the field (movie set).

Is Lawgiver considered formally a Multitool?

YES, thank you!

I've read all the books, Reacher is 6'5" and 250lbs, Tom Cruise is not. The books have very little dialogue in, the film was talk talk talk. The film was adapted from the book One Shot and they butchered it!

Not at all, I love that movie, as I love the books. I don't care its a loose adaptation. I never compare a movie to the book, I look at them individually, anything else and you're bound to be disappointed.

Also, I kinda think the smaller, lighter, dirty fighting version worked better, but that might be just me.

I'm going to put in a vote for Sharkboy and Lavagirl.  I expected terrible based on the aimed demographic, but it blows away any other cheesy, low-budget kids movie.  Bad acting, awful green screen, on top of the predictably bad storyline.

While I TOTALLY agree with you (and it's truly awful) my daughter might not.  Seems things like acting, script, directing, special effects etc just aren't as important if you are under 10 years old.

I totally agree! Stallone shouldn't have been allowed anywhere near the set.

Have you seen the 2012 reboot? It goes some way to make up for the previous travesty. Karl Urban keeps his hat on, it's gritty and Anderson is excellent. Not a perfect portrayal but a good 7/10 IMO.

I'm interested to know what you think of it.

The way Dress was written in 2000AD it was perfect for filmoing - I don't know how they messed it up so badly in the original! Picking an actor who can't even talk was their first mistake....

I did like the Mean Machine from the Angel gang though....

I keep trying to remember bad movies I've seen, but I've equally been doing my best to not remember them.

Well that may be the worst part about it! :)  They get your kids hooked and then torture you with it.  Sure, that's a bit dramatic, just trying to paint a picture :)

Anchorman 2 was unwatchable to me.  I had a giggle or 2 with the first one but the follow up was plain poo poo.

I'm in no way a movie snob and can actually watch just about any flick but there have been some real turds that I've had to walk out on.  I cannot seem to remember them off hand.
