That is impressive (the scenery I mean  :facepalm:). I have a lot of respect for you being able to tackle those distances.

I am sort of at the other end of the spectrum as just in the last 6 months or so I've got really into intense, interval-running. Short bursts at maximum effort, with quick recovery breaks in between. I do martial arts at a reasonable level and this training is a real help when sparring. I'm closing in on being able to run a six-minute mile, that's my current goal and I'm not too far off at the moment.

Anyone else running at my opposite end of the scale to the long-distance runners?

I put in a lot of hours on Rapaki. Had a couple very close calls there. Such good times.

This is going up Huntsbury Track then along the Summit Road. We only went as far as the top of the Rapaki but if you go past there it's cool because it is closed to motor vehicles.
I find the Rapaki a bit hard to run up or down.
