In solidarity with the brave few fools
Still doing good with the classic. I feel like I'm cheating a bit though, as my classic is my most used pocket knife anyway. In the past few days it's been shopping at Sam's club and broken down boxes after, opened all my mail, trimmed some jute twine, cut out the foil seal on a jug of windshield washer fluid, and cut out the fool seal on the top od a plastic container of grated Parmesan cheese to go with the spaghetti for dinner. I also used the scissors to cut a bubble-wrap padded envelope. Probably the hardest task I had set for my Classic. No kidding, it really was difficult for those tiny scissors.

Btw if you open at the correct place you only have to cut paper. Me, I had to cut through paper, two layers of bubble wrap and another layer of paper. The main problem was, that those for layers move against each other (the bubble wrap is not glued to the paper), and that made it very tedious.
BoooringNothing new. Slicing some food. The big coeur du boeuf tomato was a bit messy but not really a challenge. Classic (and the Squirt have now been in the dishwasher twice) of course the classic is unaffected by this treatment.I have settled to the lighter method when it comes to opening bottles. Works pretty neat but leaves some scarring on the scales.

Works pretty neat but leaves some scarring on the scales. It's way easier to use the SD screw driver tip to open the bottle. Put the SD tip is inserted under the cap flanges, and gently twist the tool. This pushes the cap rim out, and b the time you go about 1/3 of the way around the top, it comes off with a push of a thumb. Very easy, and finesse does it.

But its only easier on the tool... takes so much more time and who has time
I've been carrying my Minichamp for weeks now. Only last week I discovered I missed one item. Friend couldn't find his can opener. User to my Climber or Huntsman I pulled out the Minichamp. But no, no can opener!!!
Today, I tried to slice some cardboard, boy that didn't go well. Until I realized that I was using the nail-file after that it was a breeze.

I'm still hanging in there. I'm liking having my classic untangled from my keys, I am not sure I'm going to reattach it when the challenge is over.
