Juice S2 newest edition with textured handle on one side

Has anyone who owns this newer Juice S2 model had any issues with the scissors?
The other features are fine, in fact, the wire cutter is outstanding.

It's the scissors that struggle through twine that disappoint me.

Is it just my MT, or not?

So no one bought the new style Juices.

The scissors on the Juice series have been kind of a hit and miss back from the start of the original series 13 years ago. Some work excellently, others have reported them failing on even the simplest tasks. I'm sorry to read that this problem transferred to the new line as well.

I got a new version S2 through warranty two weeks ago. Mine seems fine, but why the blade shortening? Makes no sense.

Some countries around the world allow blades under a certain length on planes and the US was discussing to allow them back on too around the time these came out.

The scissors on the Juice series have been kind of a hit and miss back from the start of the original series 13 years ago. Some work excellently, others have reported them failing on even the simplest tasks. I'm sorry to read that this problem transferred to the new line as well.

That's too bad the scissors are a hit or miss.
From reading past posts on the Juice, it has mixed reviews, but it bridges the gap between
keychain size and medium to large MTs, fits in pocket easily.
Handy little pliers, 3D Phillips, flat head screwdriver array, + scissors ( if they work right).
Knife size is not an issue with me.
The cap lifter is my least used tool on any of them.

Came back today ( 14 days total) and the scissors are much better now, cut paracord
And BTW ,  its a pleasure to access the drivers without drawing blood like with the older version

I did not find that on mine. The first thing that happened to me on the new version was stabbing myself when deploying the drivers. I actually find the old version better for deploying the drivers as it is easier to deploy them with the side of your nail.

This was my experience as well. I've never cut myself on the old ones, and thought people be must be oddly careless to stab themselves with them. But tested out just one of the new ones and immediately drew blood.
