Love that acid/stonewash ! Wish I had the talent to do that. The tool set up looks good to. I would miss the awl though.
Really like the setup on that one. On this size I think the "old" pliers work better. OK, so you've been doing the acid etching and stone washing on a few of your tools so far. How's that affected their rust-proneness. I've had most of the newer generation LM develop surface rust quite easily just from sweaty hands (nothing like Gerber but still annoying form something that should be stainless). By acidetching and stone washing them you open up more of the surface to the elements and by some logic that would result in more rust too.
I like it ! Would the scissors replace the can opener is thickness wise ? I would like to have scissors in mine but would want to keep the awl.
