Makes sense.  I'm at the point of wanting more specific tools tho I admit if I see a deal I'm likely to get it  .

   Yeah for sure.  I haven't been of fleabay in a while which helps.  I've lost one to many auctions and figured I give it a rest for a bit.  I still find some random good buy at the flea market which makes MT and SAK hunting fun.

Funny thing is I'm still pretty much using the same tools I always have.

I tend to also use the same items 95% of the time

Could get by with like a big SAK, small SAK, couple of MT's and lights.

well,  it has been over 48 hours since my lot closed,  and the winner has not paid or replied to any communications.  I will wait 24 hours more, then I will start a claim.

If the seller does renege, and if you can be bothered, go for the smaller lots next time !! 

Although I am surprised - I did watch this listing and the seller had put in two top bids - so he seemed pretty keen
Maybe he's just away/busy.

true, if the buyer does not pay,  AND ebay allows me to just cancel the sale completely,  I probably would break up the lot,  and start on MTO.
