Esbit Stove Wood Burning Mod
on: April 25, 2015, 10:13:13 PM
I saw a video by bushcraftmyway on YouTube and came up with this adapter for an Esbit Pocket stove.

It's made from the steel cover of a dead computer power supply. I believe any steel stock can be used, it just needs to be about the same thickness as the width of a hacksaw blade cut so that the slots fit well. The panels are about the size of the closed stove so that minimal bulk is added when packed up.

This one is a slightly larger clone of an Esbit. The panels are from the cover of a computer case and some of the original vent holes were incorporated. It's large enough to accommodate an Esbit spirit burner.
