When I looked at it a year or two ago, I seem to recall it was at/under $20, but everything seemed to jump in the last year.

A Mora knife and a (perhaps used) pair of pliers. (Almost the same as the idea of SAK + pliers, but a Mora is a great deal too, and better for more demanding knife use.)
